The Excel project must have two worksheets, strictly called "DB" and "GeneralInfo".
On the right it is shown an example of "DB" worksheet, where it is possible to identify, in row 1, the texts that will be searched during the procedure of drawings creation. In the example include in the downloadable file (one AutoCAD drawing and one Excel project), they will be created three drawings, that are the number of raws containing data on the Excel worksheet.
For the drawing numbering, it will be enough to add a text field, as shown in the example, and assign a consecutive numbering in the Excel worksheet, starting from any value and not necessarily from "1".
In worksheet "GeneralInfo" there will be put all the repetive informations, such as the number of document, name of company, overall number of sheets, etc.
The first column ("A") is reserfed in both worksheets of Excel project, for the typical name and the common part of the file name. The column heading ("TYPICAL" e "SAVEAS FILENAME") is not taken in consideration from the software and can be freely modified.
Simple and intuitive.
It is enough to select Excel file, typicals folder and destination folder. At this point click on button "Create drawings" and wait for the end of job.
Once initiated, the application works in background, leaving the user free to proceed with other jobs.
From 8 to 20 seconds (depending upon the number of information to elaborate) to compile and save a new drawing, that means more than 2000 .dwg per day!!
