PurchaseManager is a purchase order (PO) management system. It enables staff to easily create and manage both purchase orders and the order lifecycle. Users can see an overview of all orders and more essentially the status of each. New suppliers and their products can be imported or added as orders are placed! This saves you 80% of the time you presently spend on purchase orders.
The program will automatically create and save a PDF version of your PO; should you wish, you can then easily email the PO directly from PurchaseManager to the supplier.
You may import existing supplier or product data from Excel, Outlook, Access, ACT!, GoldMine, Maximizer, or input data as you place orders.
You define a graphical progress chart, with various steps such as Place Order, Goods Received, etc. to represent each orders lifecycle. Click on the chart to advance the order to the next step and the program can automatically notifies the supplier and colleagues with high quality e-mails!
